More compatible patch to inst/conf.pl

That patch didn't work for my configuration. I think that the attached might
work better. Please confirm that it works for your configuration.

I'm getting an error:

Reading conf/httpd.conf...
Can't use string ("2") as a SCALAR ref while "strict refs" in use at
inst/conf.pl line 345.
make: *** [bconf/bricolage.conf] Error 255

dereferencing hash

This get me my correct line:

LoadModule apreq_module /usr/local/apache2/modules/mod_apreq2.so
