Problem with TracWebAdmin

Folks,
While doing a "security" upgrade on our Ubuntu Server, the Package
Manager "upgraded" our trac Instance ... from 0.9.3 to 0.10.4 . Now
... our tracWebAdmin tool GUI is not appearing to those IDs that have
that permission enabled ... it was over a year ago I installed the tool.
Is it (TracWebAdmin-0.1.2dev_r5911-py2.4.egg) just not compatible
with 0.10.4 ? Is there a "simple" way to Upgrade the tool or will I need
to completely reinstall ?
Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks !
