Syntax Highlighting: Mako-Files

Hi!

I have pygments installed and it does highlight python-code correctly
if i use
{{{
#!python
...
}}}

But if i want to highlight mako-files that way, it gives an error.
{{{
#!html+mako
...
}}}
[Error: Failed to load processor html+mako]

How can i enable this?

Thanks!
webwurst

It's a bug. But thanks to 'codegear' on irc a fix is on the way to
next release.

Thats not entirely correct, the pygments renderer still doesn't setup
the shortnames as macros. I think it used to in the old 0.10 plugin,
but it got dropped somewhere along the line. It would be somewhat hard
to do since it would probably conflict with built in diff and rst
macros if nothing else.

The fix I put in allows using any mime-type as a processor.
